Spa: truly worth it! Kept coming back!

Spa: truly worth it! Kept coming back! On a recent business trip I had the pleasure of visiting this spa for a scrub and massage; it was such a pleasant experience, I went back twice more! The spa is truly relaxing, the treatments fantastic (strongly recommend the herbal massage and sugar scrub combo), and the team working there is one of the kindest, most helpful group of spa attendants I have ever met. If you are in a rush, they even have shorter options on offer! Afterwards, consider going upstairs for some matcha ice cream or something from the restaurant. They have beautiful views and both European and Vietnamese items on offer. All in all, a true slice of heaven!

Very new hotel

Very new hotel The hotel is really nice and the staff are wonderful. The lobby is quite and tidy. The hotel is surrounded with many shops of shopping, massage, spa, cafes so you won’t get bored walking around and discovering Hanoi. Lake is cross the road. The room and bathroom were very clean and though my balcony were on the street side but the room was so quite when I’m asleep. Staff would help on anything you ask about or for. Thanks ??❤️

Second home Stayed here last week, the Hotel has only been open a few months and has a sister hotel about 10 minutes away. I has an awesome location a minute from the lake and right where you need to be in Hanoi. The owner and manager were so welcoming and friendly as were the staff, special mention to Iris and Wendy Thankyou so much for all you did for us. Exceptional My friend and I had a great time staying in Delicacy Central. The staff are very warm and beyond helpful. Everything in the hotel is commendable. The room, buffet breakfast and beautiful hanoi view. I regret not being able to try their spa because our time is limited, but i will make sure to try it on my next visit soon. Perfect all round

Perfect all round My partner and I stayed here when we passed through Hanoi and it was so good that we booked two more nights on our way back out of Vietnam. All of the staff were so genuinely friendly and helpful and really went out of their way for us. The room was beautiful and comfortable, the breakfast options were varied and delicious and set in a room with views of the whole city. We checked out a few rooftop bars around Hanoi and Delicacy Central's sky bar was the nicest setting and had by far the best music! We also had a spa package which was again the best of the trip, Kathy at the desk gave us some great food recommendations. If you want to treat yourself then stay here! Thanks to Sophia and all the staff for an amazing stay :)
